ABOUT ME AND MY WORK
I’ve spent more than a decade performing across Aotearoa and overseas, and that journey has been the catalyst for my inner work and self-discovery. Alongside my work as a performer, I also teach dance, supporting students to grow in both skill and self-expression.
Along the way, some of my deepest lessons have been in:
Staying true to myself in an industry (and world) that pushes conformity
Cultivating self-belief while walking an uncertain path
Making a sustainable living as an artist
Navigating belonging, competitiveness, and comparison
Reframing body image and how I relate to myself
Beyond performance and dance training, I guide students through practices to identify what’s holding them back physically, emotionally, and/or mentally. Drawing on Human Design, Gene Keys, parts work, Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping), and Pause In Joy Reiki to support students to uncover their blocks and step into more authentic, confident self-expression.

Energy Work Facilitator and Guide
I am a Reiki Master certified through the Pause In Joy Reiki school.
During our work together, I will use a combination of techniques including Human Design, Gene Keys, Reiki, and Parts Work. Whether you have a specific block that is holding you back, or if you want to reconnect to yourself, the session is tailored to what will support you best right now. Sessions are carried out in, Auckland, New Zealand, or virtually.

Dance Judge and Examiner
As a dance competition judge and examiner, I prioritise and value specific, actionable fedback on technique as well as authentic storytelling and emotional expression which is age-appropriate and matches the music well. Dance competitions were a fundamental part of my dance training growing up, and it brings me a lot of joy to support the growth of the next generation of dancers.
