ABOUT ME AND MY WORK
I was born in London and grew up in New Zealand/Aotearoa. I've spent over a decade working as a dancer and performer in New York, Los Angeles, and internationally. As I carved out a career for myself, living moments I'd dreamed of for years, I came to realise the external journey, the auditions, the shows, and the film sets, were always just the surface. Underneath it, the real journey was happening. Learning to trust myself. Learning to hear my own voice. Learning to inhabit my life rather than just perform it.
That's the work I'm here to share.
Whether you're a dancer stepping toward a professional career, or someone in any field who feels the gap between where you are and who you know you could be, I work with people who are ready to go deeper, not just in their craft, but in themselves.
I draw on over a decade of performance experience, alongside Human Design, Gene Keys, EFT tapping, and Pause In Joy Reiki. Not as a checklist of tools, but as a living practice I've walked myself. Everything I offer, I've needed.

Dance Judge and Examiner
As a dance competition judge and examiner, I prioritise and value specific, actionable fedback on technique as well as authentic storytelling and emotional expression which is age-appropriate and matches the music well. Dance competitions were a fundamental part of my dance training growing up, and it brings me a lot of joy to support the growth of the next generation of dancers.
